If random pipes, giant freezer, animal cages, walnut shells, caution tape and an eerie old wedding dress isn't enough...
...Add some crypt keepers.

EEEEP! |
The 'Keepers actually given to us as wedding presents. And though I admit to being more than a little wigged out at first (the smile! the blank stare!), I think they are perfect for guarding the crypt. Perfect. They
just so happen to move about to different spots of the crypt, scaring poor Sak . To shield himself from their all-seeing gaze, he'll turn them around. Then come straight up the stairs to lecture me about why I should stop being creepy. As if
I had something to do with it. Pfft.
(And if you ever read this - thank you again, E - we love that you could come to our wedding and gift us such hard-working guardians!)

Watching you. Always. Eheh-heh-heh-heh. |
Hahahaha I love that you move them around the room to freak him out - so funny. And yes, those guys are just a little bit creepy!
ReplyDeleteWay to keep Sak on his toes! haha!
ReplyDeleteI'd be way too scared to ever go in your basement. Ever.
ReplyDeleteHahah. Why is there an old wedding dress again?
ReplyDeleteThose are kinda scary. Are they.. hand made?
Oh my goodness, super creepy! And I thought my basement is bad! I could never ever go into your basement. eeeep.
ReplyDeleteThough the scary crypt-keepers moving around is kind of funny. :)
I love the mugs, though they are exponentially creepier in your basement!! I would never be able to go into your basement at night, but it would have been so fun to build a fort in there as a kid (or adult)!
ReplyDelete@alvina - okay, it's not really that old. just my dress. ;) and they might be hand made. someone's name is carved into the bottom. But not our friend's name, so it wasn't him who made them.
